Saj House is one of Sydney's Mobile Saj Manoush services that offer the on-the-spot making of Saj Manoush for your event.
Saj House introduces traditional Lebanese street food in a more modernised way. Instead of an oven, we bring back how Manoush was traditionally made on a 'Saj', which is a round metal griddle.
In hopes of sharing what we love most, we bring you authentic and delicious Middle Easterns flavours to your table.
