What do you bring, and what do I need to provide
For every event, we bring our serving wooden stand, dough roller, saj cooktops and necessary ingredients and utensils. Our 3x3 marquee is optional for our clients. Our clients will need to provide:Â
Space of 3mx3m for our set-up and equipment. We are able to make our set-up smaller and accommodate the area you have, however, you will need to provide us with appropriate details, images and measurements to see if it can be a suitable set-up.

Can I taste your manoush before hand?
Unfortunately we do not offer a tasting menu, however, if we do have upcoming public events, you are welcome to come and try our variety of manoush. Send us an email or follow us on Instagram to keep up to date on where we may be next!Â
Can you set-up indoors?
To adhere to safety regulations, we will need to assess if we can set up indoors with the details you provide to us.
Can you set up at multiple locations at the same time?
Yes, we have 3 Live Manoush Stations and can set up at different locations at the same time, depending on date availability.
How much space do you require for your set-up?
We require a space of 3mx3m for our marquee set up. Clients are required to provide us with images and measurements to determine if it can be a suitable set-up for your event
Can I provide my own ingredients/equipments?
We do not accept customers providing their own ingredients and equipment as our service comes with our full service of preparation, equipment, ingredients, set up and staff.Â
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $440 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date of your event. Bookings will not be secured if a deposit hasn't been received within the time frame provided to you.
