Saj House offers a complete setup with a signature bar stand to showcase our delicious Manoush, along with all necessary equipment, ingredients, and dedicated staff to cater to your event. As experts in Lebanese street food catering, we ensure an authentic and memorable experience. The duration of our service is two hours, with setup time ranging from 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on accessibility and space. Service time can be extended if required.

Space
A 3m x 3m area is ideal for our setup. If space is limited, send us your measurements and photos, and we’ll make it work!
Outdoor Considerations
We provide a 3m x 3m branded marquee, but it needs to be sheltered from direct sunlight or rain. We can’t operate in wet or sunny conditions.
Flat Surface
We need a level, dry, and clean surface. Grass is fine if it’s dry and even. We can't set up on slopes or wet ground.
Access
A clear, obstacle-free path to the set-up area - Avoiding stairs and narrow pathways for a seamless set up process

Important Event Information
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $400 + GST ($440) is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This amount will be deducted from the final balance. Please respond within 24 hours of your initial enquiry to proceed. After this timeframe, the date may be taken by another booking, as our calendar fills up quickly.
Event Details
No later than 7 days prior to the event, we ask that you finalise and submit all event details, including the number of guests, event start time, any special requests, images, and access restrictions. This ensures we are fully prepared for your event.
Set-Up Obstacles
Setting up requires assembling heavy equipment at your venue. For a smooth and timely setup, we highly recommend sending us photos of the event location and access points. If there are narrow pathways, stairs, or other challenges, please inform us in advance. If we encounter undisclosed obstacles, additional fees may apply to cover the extra effort and time needed, and service may be delayed. Providing full details ensures a seamless experience.
Additional Fees
Travel fees may apply based on your event location. Our standard operating hours for Events catering are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If your event falls outside these hours, please contact us for a personalised quote. All prices are subject to change, so please ask for the latest menu and pricing information.
